Skin Essence a day spa’s High Tech Facials, also known as non-surgical facelift, has recently been featured on the International Day Spa magazine 2011. Owner of Skin Essence, Lina Yang was a physician in China and now specializes in results-oriented skin care. She began layering technologies and topicals about nine years ago and reports many satisfied clients thanks to her Non-Surgical Facelift treatments. First, she does a thorough skin analysis and takes a history to help her determine the appropriate course of action. She starts with microdermabrasion, follows with a chemical peel and then calms the skin with the LED light. “Clearer, brighter skin is obvious after about one week, and clients are happy with the results”, Yang says.

The two that are best known are the diamond peel microdermabrasion and revitalight procedures with glycolic peel or lactic peel. While these two treatments utilize different proprietary technology, the idea is essentially the same, in that they both aim to the deeper layer of the skin (the dermis) in order to affect a “healing response”. This healing response encourages increased collagen production and remodeling of existing collagen. Supportive underlying tissues of the skin will contract, resulting in a tighter, more uplifted appearance to the skin. Anti-Aging Eye Treatment
